# Phase 1 ll IDO

In this phase and after an exhaustive testing process in the BSC network, an IDO  will be  made based on the following terms (Taking into account that in this network there will only be 21,000,000)

 To carry out a decentralization of the token in an organic way we have studied the different options and we have reached this consensus:

 IDO phase: initial presale, 6,000,000 Emporium tokens at $ 1 per token

 From this presale will be assigned as follows:

1. 60% to the liquidity pool of the decentralized Exchange in which the token in question will be offered, it should be noted that the insertion of the capital will not be carried out all at once but in batches.
2.  10% Cardano’s node 
3. 4% marketing and advertising 
4. 10% Accumulation of support for the future lending protocol that will be developed
5. 10% lf-financing, this way you can keep the project in progress. 
6. 6% to maintain a well-trained and qualified team with great professionals.
